A.C. Cummins

Emmett Alson Cummins, 64 of Centralia, died at his home on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

Family and friends are invited to A.C.'s Life Celebration 3:00 PM Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, burial will follow in the Centralia City Cemetery. A visitation will take place from 1:00 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home on Sunday.

A.C. was born on June 11, 1957 in Audrain County, the son of Ruby and Betty (Smith)Cummins.

On August 23, 1980 in Mexico, A.C. married Cindy Burnett, and she survives.

Along with his wife Cindy, A.C. is survived by sons, Joshua Cummins of Centralia, and Travis Cummins of Centralia; grandchildren, Bennie and Carlie Cummins; his mother-in-law, Shelbia Jones of Centralia; an uncle, Roger Sanders and wife Sandy of Centralia; brother-in-law, Dan Burnett and wife Debby of Mexico.

A.C. was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and working in his garden.

He was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. He enjoyed listening to Rowdy Yates Country Gold and drinking Jack Daniels.

A.C's biggest passion was hunting for arrowheads, he spent many hours and years finding arrowheads.

He loved Travis's dog Cash.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Centralia United Methodist Church and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier Centralia, MO 65240.
