Barbara "Barb" Jean (Ratcliff) Horton, 61 of Farber, passed away Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Barb was born on June 6, 1961, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, the daughter of DeWayne and Leona (Gliem) Ratcliff.

She lived in Iowa for many years, moving to Missouri in the mid 90's. In her younger years Barb loved traveling, riding Harleys, and being with family and friends.

Barb loved her family with her whole heart, she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Barb is survived by a brother, Raymond Ratcliff, a sister, Patricia Hudson; a son, Justin McCollum (Rachel) of Laddonia, a daughter, Tyann Bell (Jason) of Columbia, and Darin Clinton (Stacy) of Vandalia; ten grandchildren, Kymberly Woodhurst, Davin Ojala (Laudisa), Jonathan Poulin, Madi Woodhurst, Thomas Clinton, Nicholas Henke, Jaylin McCollum, Joseph Clinton, Ayden Bell and Adynn Clinton; six great-grandchildren. Bryson, Tarion, Kaiden, Stella, Alayna, and Mariann; her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, DeWayne Lee Ratcliff, a brother, Larry Ratcliff, and a sister, Marlene Fuller.

Barb worked for 20 years in the healthcare field as a CNA, she was always caring for others.

A Life Celebration will be held at a later date.
