Brenda Kay Durk, 62 of Hallsville died Monday, June 20, 2022, at her home.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home in Centralia, with burial to follow in the Red Rock Cemetery in Harrisburg.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

Brenda was born on November 2, 1959, in Columbia, the daughter of Leslie, Jr. and Shirley (Cook) Durk.

Brenda is survived by a son, Mark Durk and wife Angelique of Hallsville, grandchildren, Bentley Durk, Kinsley Durk; brother, Randy Durk and wife Sue of O'Fallon, IL; an aunt, Jane McKenzie and husband Robert, uncles, Jac Durk and Russell Cook; many nieces and nephews.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Vickie Watson, a son, Joshua Seip.

Brenda worked in the offices for Shelter Insurance for many years. After leaving Shelter, Brenda Owned and operated a cleaning business.

Brenda loved watching soap operas, especially, the Young and the Restless. She also enjoyed cooking, cleaning and spending time with her friends.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Harmony Hill Youth Camp and may be sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home 104 S. Collier St. Centralia, MO 65240.
