Burt Price

Elbert B. Price, Jr. 80 formerly of Moberly, died Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at the Stuart House in Centralia.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Monday, February 25, 2019 at Fenton Funeral Chapel in Centralia, burial with full military honors will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Jacksonville. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral chapel on Monday.

Burt was born on November 22, 1938 in Hollis, OK, the son of Elbert and Lizzie Jane (Moore) Price.

Burt served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.

On November 1, 1986, Burt married Lisa Hayden in Topeka, KS, and she survives.

Along with his wife Lisa, Burt is survived by his children Ashton Price of the home, Aileah Righter of Rogers, AR, LeEdward Righter of Rogers, AR, Coltier Blakely (Jeremy) of Mexico,  Allison Wishall (Adam) of Duluth, GA, Cheryl Saladin (Jim) of Lawrence, KS; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Price (Diana) of Ponca City, OK, sister, Anita Dresie (Fred) of Olathe, KS.

Burt was preceded in death by his parents.

Burt enjoyed golfing, home improvement and restoration. He spent time repairing furniture, and loved being a foster parent.
