Dora Sue (Sweezer) (Chandler) Jones entered into the pearly gates Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, in New York.

Graveside Services will be held 12:00 Noon, Monday June 3, 2019 at the Friendship Cemetery in Hallsville

Sue, 67, was preceded in death by husbands Craig Berry Chandler (1950-2001) and Jimmy Dale Jones (1951-2018). They had no children together. She also was preceded in death by her parents, James Andrew and Mary Ann Sweezer.

She is survived by her sisters, Letha Ann Andrews, Ada Marie Arbuckle, and Alice S. Kuhn; her brother, Alvin James Sweezer; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and other family along with many friends who were like family.

Sue was born in Columbia on Sept. 15, 1951. Until her recent move to New York, she was a lifelong Columbia resident. She worked hard her whole life, retiring from Columbia Manor.

Dora was cremated and a graveside service will be held at a later date in Centralia.

Memorial donations are suggested to the family.
