Obituary

Kaylee Sierra Creel, 32, of Fayette, formerly of Centralia, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

Kaylee was born on May 27, 1994, the daughter of Ryan and Sherry (Richardson) Creel. She was a graduate of Centralia High School.

Kaylee is survived by her parents, Ryan and Sherry Creel; her son, Ryan James; her significant other, Aaron Shockley of Fayette; and her bonus children, Charles, Scarlett, and Ember Shockley. She is also survived by her siblings, Megan Conrad and her husband, Justin, of Cairo; Trevor Creel and his wife, Karissa, of Brookfield; and Brady Creel and his wife, Leslie, of Centralia. Her nieces and nephews include Destin Ryder Creel, Emily Conrad, Lillian Creel, Otto Conrad, Willow Creel, and River Conrad. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will cherish her memory.

Kaylee enjoyed walking, cooking, and watching her favorite TV shows. She also dedicated time to helping with CHD Awareness-Levi’s Legacy, where she worked to raise awareness and educate as many people as possible about congenital heart defects (CHD). Sharing knowledge and bringing awareness to this cause was important to her.

Above all, Kaylee’s greatest joy was her family. She loved her son, Ryan, with everything she had, always finding ways to make his days special and ensuring he knew just how deeply loved and special he was to her and everyone around him. Her love for him was boundless, and she made it a priority to fill his life with love, happiness, and meaningful moments.

Kaylee also embraced a motherly role with Aaron’s children, Charles, Scarlett, and Ember, loving and caring for them as her own. She had a special way of making those around her feel valued, loved, and cared for. Kaylee would go out of her way to be there for others, offering kindness and love to those fortunate enough to be part of her life. Her caring heart and the love she shared with her family and friends will remain a lasting part of her legacy.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ryan James Benefit Life Fund or the Memorial Benefit Fund for Kaylee S. Creel and sent in care of Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, 104 S. Collier St., Centralia, MO 65240.

Family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of Kaylee’s incredible life during a visitation from 4:00–7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
