Martha Marie McVay, 95 died November 12, 2022, at The Arbors in Mexico.

Graveside services will be held 11:30 AM Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Macon.

Martha was born on February 15, 1927, in Kirksville, MO the daughter of Charlie and Leona (Sinnett) Fletcher.

On February 24, 1948, Martha married Harold McVay and he preceded her in death on August 20, 2022.

Martha enjoyed camping, reading, doing quilting and embroidery. She made many beautiful quilts by hand. Martha loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching them in all of their activities.

Martha is survived by a son, Donnie McVay and wife Carole of Centralia; grandchildren, Denise Berry and husband Russ, Tracy Banning and husband Trevor, Donald Scott McVay and wife Ginger; great-grandchildren, Brittany and Brooke Berry, Gage and Zack Banning, Maci McVay, Austin Lopez, Alyssa Waller, Levi Albright.

Along with her husband, Harold, Martha was preceded in death by her parents.
