Melissa S. Pollard, 45 of Centralia, died Friday October 18, 2019 at her home.

There will be no services at this time.

Missy was born on March 1, 1974 in Johnson City, TN, the daughter of Cecil Eugene "Gene" and Glenda Lou (Jones) Pollard.

Missy was deeply loved and will be missed by family and friends. She is survived by her parents, Cecil and Glenda, sister, Elizabeth Ann Pollard of Centralia, brother, David Eugene Pollard of Centralia, niece, Lilli Claire Ivy, nephew, Logan Lee Ivy; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Missy graduated from Columbia College with a BS degree in Computer Information Systems. She worked for MBS for many years, then at the Boone County Government Center in the IT field. She enjoyed her career very much. She loved all of her pets, working with computers, watching TV and enjoyed growing flowers, especially her Rose of Sharon bushes.

A private family service will be held at a later date, and burial will be in Centralia City Cemetery.
