Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home, a story of service

Fenton Funeral Chapel was founded in 1961 by P.O. and Lois Fenton. Their son, Tom joined them in the family business after he returned home from the service.

The Fenton family also served the community by providing an ambulance service for many years. After P.O. passed away, Lois and Tom maintained the compassionate and professional service that Fenton Funeral Chapel was known for. Lois and Tom continued the family business until Lois' passing in 2014.

Tom dedicated many years serving Centralia and the surrounding communities, and on October 1, 2017 Tom retired, selling the family funeral business to Todd and Diana (Schultz) Kendrick. Todd and Diana, along with their five sons, Grant, Gavin, Grayson, Gatlin, and Gannon are very honored to carry on the tradition of service that Fenton Funeral Chapel has given over the last 61 years. The Kendrick family wants to thank Tom Fenton and his family for their many years of dedication to Centralia, and for the honor and privilege of carrying on the Fenton Funeral Chapel tradition.

Fenton Funeral Chapel has gone through many changes throughout the years, always maintaining excellent service and care for the community. The hope of Todd and Diana Kendrick is to continue the great community care and be ever changing with the needs of the families we serve.

Fenton-Kendrick Funeral Home will strive to take care of Centralia and the surrounding communities with the utmost care, compassion and dignity.
